Aquatic Invertebrate Sampling and Identification Training Workshop

The Upper and Bedford Ouse Catchment Partnership is running a FREE 1-day introductory training workshop for volunteers interested in the identification of aquatic invertebrates. As part of this workshop you will learn:
- how to ‘kick sample’ consistently and effectively
- how to identify different groups of aquatic invertebrates
- how to use keys for identification
The workshop will be led by experts from the Environment Agency, supported by the Greensand Trust and Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity.
